Na Koa Lunch Report (10/6/08)

Sportshawaii's uhwarriors has posted this week's Na Koa lunch report up on Na Koa's website. Here's an excerpt:

On the first play in overtime, they called a run blitz thinking that Fresno would try to pound it. In case it was a pass, there would be pressure on the quarterback. Solomon Eliminian did a good job beating a block making the sack. That sack changed Fresno’s strategy and made them play for a field goal attempt.

Special Teams

The wedge busters are really doing the job and are fun to watch. Coach Mack showed one kickoff where Tyson Kafentzis took out two blockers.

Coach Mack also showed Kafentzis stripping the ball out on another kickoff return and Jason Rego making the recovery setting up great field position.
