Ah, the Possibilities
This is doo doo.
In happier bear news, here's a story of a baby polar bear named Knut.
Division I-AA Northern Colorado has surfaced as a candidate to fill an opening on the University of Hawai'i's 2007 football schedule, possibly in the season opener.I hope this is just a scenario being floated so that when the actual schedule is released it won't hurt as much. Oh who am I kidding.
...
The Bears went 1-10 last year, their inaugural season in the Big Sky, after moving up from Division II.
In happier bear news, here's a story of a baby polar bear named Knut.
The three-and-a-half-month old white cub padded gingerly round his new enclosure to the gasps and sighs of onlookers.Awwwww.
Fortified by a breakfast of porridge, the puppy-sized cub sniffed the grass and rolled in the dust before delighting the crowds by splashing in a pond.
"I want to take him home," said Daniel Wolff, five, whose mother had bought him a specially made "Knut" cuddly polar bear toy on sale on a stand outside the enclosure.
