WitP: Colt Brennan (w/UPDATE)

Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post writes about Colt Brennan's recent appearance on The LaVar Arrington Show with Chad Dukes, in which Colt addressed the Cult of Colt, finally being healthy, backing up Donovan McNabb and this encouraging note:
He said he likely has a better rapport with Kyle Shanahan than he did with Jim Zorn, because of their similar ages. Shanahan told Brennan that he loves his throwing motion and doesn't want him to change a thing, and that he needs to concentrate on his decision-making.
Cool. You can listen to the interview on the 106.7 website.

UPDATE: Colt was also interviewed on Arrington's and Duke's Sportsweek TV show yesterday. The interview starts at about 5:45 into the episode. Big thanks to Patty G.

I sense some big things will happen, great things for Colt and Washington. Thats what made Colt great...him throwing the way he felt comfortable in college, not the way of a former QB's coach in Jim Zorn. I guess, his way or the highway...unfornately, Karma baby...Karma !!! lol.

I ve been saying and thinking the same thing. I hope Shannahan means what he says. Colt is good height and his throwing motion isnt completely sidearm. It is accurate. Extremely! People need to get over the mold of what they think is the qualities of a QB. Colt can prove them wrong!
