Via HawaiiAthletics.com:
Kickoff time for the University of Hawai‘i and UNLV football game on Saturday, Sept. 19 at Sam Boyd Stadium has been moved to 8:00 p.m. PT/5:00 p.m. HT.
The game, which was originally scheduled to be broadcast exclusively on The Mtn. at 6:00 p.m. PT/3:00 p.m. HT, will now be simulcast on CBS College Sports Network (CBS C).
“We have an excellent working relationship with CBS College Sports Network and were thrilled in this instance to be able to assist and subsequently expand the visibility of UNLV and the Mountain West Conference,” said Kim Carver, vice president and general manager of The Mtn.

The Advertiser has info on the broadcast of the game, which will not be repeated on KFVE.
In Vegas, the game will be broadcast on The Mtn/CBSC. Not sure which channel it is, but if you don't have it, the casinos will definitely be showing it. Main Street Station or the Cal should be your best bet.
Not sure if they are doing the new haka today. It would usually happen before they go into the locker room before the game, usually 20 to 30 minutes before kickoff.

I think it is pretty dumb that they didnt even broadcast the game delayed! not everyone can take their family to a bar to watch the game.
