Warriors in the Pros: NFL Combine, Update

UPDATE: Here's a vid of Jake Ingram before he left Hawaii from KITV.

::::::

Sorry, been super busy the past few days. Anyway, the NFL Combine is upon us! Scout.com's Pete Fiutak has some pre-workout rankings, and he has David Veikune as the #14 defensive end.
14. David Veikune, Hawaii 6-4, 255
Positives: Fast. Quick. Always around the ball … Could be a superior pass rusher if he has someone else of note on the other side … Productive
Negatives: An outside linebacker. He’ll likely have to be an end in a 4-3, otherwise he’s a 3-4 linebacker … Not big and doesn’t have room to get much bigger.
Stephen Tsai writes that Ryan Mouton will be running at the Combine.
Despite suffering a slight hamstring problem in East-West Shrine Game, Ryan Mouton believes he is healthy enough to compete in the 40-yard dash Tuesday.
Mouton and David Veikune arrive at the NFL Scouting Combine tomorrow. The defensive ends are scheduled to run the 40-yard dash Sunday. The DBs will run on Tuesday.
Mouton, who now weighs 187 pounds, is aiming for a 40-inch vertical jump and a 40-yard time in the low 4.4s.
Redskins coach Jim Zorn had some things to say about Colt Brennan. From Redskins 360:
Don't expect Colt Brennan to be the second quarterback this year. Zorn said the preseason will serve as Brennan's season but when pressed, he wasn't ready to say the No. 2 job is up for grabs between Brennan and Todd Collins. All Collins has to show in camp is that he hasn't totally lost it and he'll be the guy to fill in for Campbell if he goes down.
From the Washington Post:
Zorn indicated that young quarterback Colt Brennan will be given plenty of playing time in preseason games and perhaps could unseat Todd Collins as the club's No. 2 quarterback behind Jason Campbell. When pressed on the issue, though, Zorn seemed to indicate it might be a long shot for Brennan to take the backup job from Collins.
BOOOOOO!!!!!

Later....
On Brennan...
"His goal is to try to unseat Todd. Todd's goal is to try to stay as close to Jason as he can. It's gonna be a great competition. I look forward to it."
The Miami Dolphins may be looking for someone to replace Samson Satele as the starting center.
After the 2007 draft, then-Dolphins general manager Randy Mueller spoke of second-round pick Samson Satele having Pro Bowl potential. But after a postseason analysis, this Dolphins administration has decided it must upgrade at center and has interest in signing Baltimore free agent Jason Brown, according to two people in contact with Miami's front office.

The Dolphins want a center bigger than Satele (295 pounds) and one who will create more of a push on running plays.
And Timmy Tang interviewed Davone Bess, who was helping out at Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala's youth football camp.
