When the Tiger-Cats acquired the 6-foot-2, 194-pound thrower's rights from Edmonton last February, in exchange for defensive back Jason Goss, all the buzz at the league meetings in Montreal was about Chang's pigskin promise. Chang was expected to arrive in Steeltown last night for the upcoming season. It's his first experience in Canada and he hopes to make it a fruitful one when he arrives at McMaster to compete with pivots Jason Maas, Rocky Butler and Richie Williams.
