The article I read that predicted that Hawaii will place SECOND in the WAC was in "Insiders' Football News, College Edition 2006", page 172. They predict the following order of finish: 1.Boise, 2.Hawaii, 3.Fresno and 4.Nevada. They also rank Boise #19 in the country for the preseason.

I don't know if it was an ESPN publication. That is the complete title that was on the cover.
