Warriors in Seattle

Stephen Tsai writes that UH is cool, calm and serious. He also has an update on the defensive end rotation:
The Warriors used the practice to solidify their starting defensive lineup. Head coach Greg McMackin reiterated that Liko Satele will start at right end in place of Fetaiagogo Fonoti, who did not practice. Fonoti is in the second week of his recovery from a hyperextended left kneecap.

McMackin said Jake Heun and Falemalu will share the left end's job. Heun will be used in the base (4-3 alignment) and 45 schemes (4-2-5). Falemalu will play in the Okie defense (3-3-5).
Jason Kaneshiro profiles Chris Tormey and has other news and notes, including details of the WAC's new affiliation with the Emerald Bowl.

Ferd Lewis has some notes about Tormey and the UH coaching staff scouting some Seattle area high schools.

Dave Reardon catches up with Adam Leonard.

Cougcenter.com has an opponent preview about UH.

Brian McInnis writes about UH's 3-game road trip.

From yesterday, Kaneshiro and McInnis wrote about homecomings for Washington natives Leon Wright-Jackson and Aaron Brown.

Stephen Tsai wrote about the 66-player travel roster.

And Ferd Lewis profiled Washington State's Dwight Tardy.
