Warriors in the Pros: Colt, Bess, Lelie, Veikune, Ikaika, C.J., Elam

Colt Brennan was 10 of 14 for 83 yards tonight, but he suffered an apparent hamstring injury.
Brennan finished with 10 completions in 14 attempts for 83 yards; however, he limped off the field because of what the team called a hamstring injury (trainers actually appeared to be looking at his knee) with just over four minutes left in the game
Chase Daniel finished 8 of 16 for 85 yards and a TD pass.

UPDATE: Redskins.com takes a look at the performances of Chase and Colt.
Jim Zorn and the offensive coaching staff will make their final decision on the No. 3 quarterback sometime in the next two days.

“Colt had a really nice drive--what a nice drive he put together at the end there,” Zorn said. “Chase had a little more difficult time when he first got in the game. They had some starting defensive guys in there and we had a hard time protecting him early, but we got the job done later.”

Brennan’s injury status will be updated on Friday.
Davone Bess led the Dolphins with 5 catches for 39 yards in a victory over the Saints. Bess started the game in a 3-receiver set with Ted Ginn and Greg Camarillo. The Miami Herald has a quote from Bess.
Pennington and backup Chad Henne got all three involved in the first half as Bess caught five passes for 39 yards, Ginn caught two for 26 yards and Camarillo caught two for 18. Hartline's chance came later, but he didn't catch a pass as only one was thrown his way.

``That was a big deal tonight -- Chad does a great job of distributing the ball to whoever the open receiver is,'' Bess said. ``He's really good at going through his check-downs to find the right guy. To get ready for the regular season you want to develop chemistry. I think we're developing good chemistry, and we'll be ready to roll next week.''
Ashley Lelie had 1 catch for 43 yards in a loss to the Rams.

David Veikune recorded 4 tackles in a loss to the Bears. Pisa Tinoisamoa did not log any stats.

Ikaika Alama-Francis had two tackles while C.J. Hawthorne had one punt return for 19 yards and two kickoff returns for an average of 25 yards as the Lions beat the Bills 17-6.

Jason Elam was 1 of 2 on field goals.
