Chawan's Cuts are on hiatus for a short while as C_C is experiencing some technical difficulties. Luckily KGMB is on it with Liz Chun's report from Dallas.

I am keiki o ka aina and an alumna of UH and after watching the Louisiana Tech game, I am embarrassed and have lost confidence in the coaching staff. Lou Holtz was a commenator and even he knew what adjustments should have been made at half time:
1. using a tight end
2. not signaling lack of confidence by calling for a fieldgoal on 4th down, Notre Dame would have gone for the touchdown
3. where were the defensive coaches who left the Warriors without guidance and ammunition
4. bad ref calls against UH and favoring the unsportsman like fouls by LA Tech without coach McMackin protesting any of it
5. 19,000 miles in travel/road games due to Herman Frasier will only serve to exhaust UH Warriors and lead to more losses and a poor academic performance by the player/students
I love Hawaii but I also want to be proud of their performance especially after all of the kala that has been diverted to this program!!!!!
