Hawaii Bowl Game Notes, Media Guide

HawaiiAthletics.com released game notes for the Hawaii Bowl.

For the fifth time in seven years, the University of Hawai‘i Warrior football team will participate in the Sheraton Hawai‘i Bowl. The Warriors (7-6) will face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (6-6) on Wednesday, Dec. 24 at Aloha Stadium. Kickoff is 3:00 p.m. HT and the game will be televised on ESPN.

The Warriors have previously appeared in the Sheraton Hawai‘i Bowl in 2002, ’03, ’04, and ’06 with wins in each of the past three participating years. Overall, Hawai‘i will make its sixth bowl appearance in the last seven years and seventh in the last 10 years. UH owns a 5-3 all-time bowl record.
