On the team’s play…UPDATE 3: Here's a game summary from Felix Chavez of the Las Cruces Sun-News.
“I thought today we were more like we wanted to get to. Our offense moved the ball. We gave up some big plays
early. It was a real character test. They’re [New Mexico State] explosive, especially [Chris] Williams. I’m proud of
the way our guys came back.”
The Aggies were driving for a score at the Hawaii 20 yard line when Holbrook's pass to A.J. Harris bounced off Harris' hands and was grabbed by Mouton. The interception put Hawaii up 27-14.
"That play swung the momentum to Hawaii," Mumme said. "It was a 10 or 14 point swing. It was a bad break, A.J. and Chase have made so many big plays for us. I'm not going to point the finger at them. Hawaii's defensive back made a great play and run."

Great game! A comment not necessarily pertient to this discussion but I wnated to point out that the NMSU kicker who was put in to attempt the onside kicks is Hawaii's own Colin Lund a Mililani High School gradute and a freshman at NSMU.
