Colt,
You and your team have made the people of Hawaii so proud in all that you have accomplished. It was so funny reading the news this morning, and what you said about how winning the Georgia game was more important to you than winning the Heisman. The reason - my husband said the exact same thing last night, that you would probably prefer to beat Georgia than win the trophy. Watching those highlights today of your passing completions with the amount of coverage on your receivers only reinforces what we already know - You and your receiving corps are the best! No other QB completed passes like that this season. You are Amazing! Just to be nominated is an honor and I know you already know that, I'm sure. Remember this - Joe Montana never won a Heisman. You remind me of him, and I have been saying this for so long. When I think of watching him play when I was a young girl and how he was always so calm and cool in the face of insurmountable odds, it reminds me so much of you. Your poise on the field and your accuracy and quick release will make you a superstar very soon. You have a bright, bright future and will go far. Keep making us proud and keep on believing. We love you Colt and we love the Warriors!
GO WARRIORS!

Does anyone have any more news on June Jones leaving UH? This is very disturbing to hear. It is so sad that circumstances at UH are so bad that this thought has even crossed June Jones' mind. I hope the school immediately addresses this issue. If not, Jones could be gone before the Sugar Bowl and we will be without a head coach before the biggest game in the school's history. If you don't think this is possible, look at Arkansas and Navy. This is very disturbing.

All of the Warriors are proud to be playing, love the fans and JJ's contract is up, so he can't help it if others are offering him work, haven't heard anything from Hawaii wanting to keep him or offer him a contract. Sure he wants to stay, but I would keep my options open, he knows the biz and he loves coaching, so watsup Hawaii Atlectics or the Educational Committee Affairs,Jerry Chang watsup? It is up to the Board of Regents and the Educational Finance to offer JJ to stay. We are paying them so I would contact my rep on how we can make a difference or bye bye JJ. It is to be expected. But look at what is happening w/ the money they won for going to the sugar bowl already trying to take it for other programs..........now that's so sad............
