The Western Athletic Conference has countered the Mountain West's negotiations with the University of Hawaii and offered the Warriors a football-only membership, WAC commissioner Karl Benson said today.

Not much to think about lol!
The MWC offers way more than the WAC can. Only thing is now we have to step our recruiting efforts way up now. It will be a competitive conference that will gain BCS Auto Qualifier status eventually

Not much of an offer. Can't blame Mr. Benson, though, if you're in his shoes you have to throw something at us to try to save your conference. It's just that he really doesn't have anything to give.

forget the wac. there's nothing they can offer that the mountain west cant top. its all but guaranteed that in a couple of years the mountain west will be an automatic qualifier anyways.

If the cream of the present WAC : bsu, fresno & nevada our moving; u think itll be in our best intrest to move too. if we stay behind we'll shoot ourselves in both feet point blank.
