Warriors in the Pros: Pisa, Mouton, McBriar
Some relatively good news for Pisa Tinoisamoa after he left yesterday's game with a knee injury.
Although the Bears received bad news with Brian Urlacher lost for the season, there is a chance another starting linebacker could play against the Steelers on Sunday. Pisa Tinoisamoa is day to day after spraining his right knee in the first quarter of Sunday's 21-15 loss to the Packers, according to an NFL source. Here's some great news for Ryan Mouton.
Titans rookie cornerback Ryan Mouton, hampered by a high ankle sprain since Aug. 18, is expected to handle punt return duties in Sunday’s AFC South game against the Texans at LP Field. And the DallasCowboys.com website has video of Mat McBriar talking to the Dallas media.
Mouton missed last Thursday’s 13-10 overtime loss at Pittsburgh, leaving the job to cornerback Cortland Finnegan, who averaged three yards on four returns.
“We’ve got Ryan Mouton returning,” Coach Jeff Fisher said on Monday. “He did a nice job for us in the preseason.”
