Video: Notre Dame Prepares, Bess
Chawan Cut compiles the news from KHON, KGMB, KITV and KHNL. Notre Dame players talk about getting ready for the game. Lot of the same soundbites from yesterday. Bowl officials say 42K tickets have been sold so far. KGMB also has footage of Davone Bess talking to the media after Miami's win over Kansas City.
Also, Jeff Jeffers of WNDU in South Bend has a report from Aloha Stadium.

Just an observation.
Funny how it takes ND players to notice how nice the weather, people and everything else is in Hawaii. I wish some of Hawaii's high school players would see that the grass is always greener in Hawaii and not always on the Mainland (the other side). Hawaii always has green grass, green uniforms great fans and great coaches.
To each his own, so what ever choice is made, may he do his best and be rewarded for his great play. Sure would be nice if certain players would stay home and appreciate all that is Hawaii. And for the players who have already made their choice to stay in Hawaii--great choice! We will support you.

i'm glad a lot of the hawaii grown players are staying home, especially since coach mack has taken over. wish UH could keep them all, but some just gotta go away, and can't begrudge them about it. unless they talk stink about UH!
